When contracted as the Clients partner for construction consulting services a very important step is to provide guidance to the Client when it comes to procurement of the construction packages. Through their long term involvement in international companies the core management team of CND has developed since dozen of years a highly sophisticated tendering and contracting system based on internationally recognized standards which are also recognized in China and by Chinese authorities, like the FIDIC contract. CND can organize for the Client the entire tendering process, from prequalification of potential construction companies via first tendering package, technical clarification rounds until contract preparation and finalization, whereas the Clients Procurement team is the decision maker and CND works according to the Clients guidelines and demands. CND acts as the Clients agent with the highest degree of compliance.
